"That's why I stopped by. It's time to make some adjustments to your
supplements and get you totally back into your routine. Especially living
in this building with the two chuckleheads I just ran into outside." Mark
shot him a questioning look and Tom explained. Mark's manner darkened and
he took a deep breath.
"Yeah, those idiots seem intent on doing everybody harm, a lot of deep
seated hatred there. Spent a lot of time thinking about them." Tom
watched Mark's movements and looked his patient in the eyes.
"They're the guys who jumped you and beat the shit out of you aren't they?"
"Yeah, they are." Tom and Mark turned to find Kyle standing in the
doorway. "I forgot a paper I had to return to school this afternoon so I
ran home on a break. I figured it out from information from the kid at the
natural foods store and by watching theses guys the last couple of days.
It is them isn't it Mark?"
Mark sat on the sofa and shook his head. "Yeah. They threatened to kill us
and they're just crazy enough to do it. I'm not usually scared by anyone
but these guys got under my skin." The doctor took a deep breath and
squeezed Mark's shoulder.
"No one has the right to do what they did to you and to threaten anyone.
It's time you got under their skin."
