"Marsh and Jack have all the contracts lined up to be signed for the
construction today. Now that the land is cleared and the base roads are
in, the apartments and three of the houses can start. We're another step

"Hmm, build it and they will cum." Eric groaned as Tom smiled widely at
his joke. "What?"
"Get dressed, we need to get moving." Eric pulled on casual slacks and a
dress shirt that only accented the massive body more. Tom opted for jeans
and a pullover since he would be heading for the gym earlier than Eric.
They did their morning protein shakes and supplement packs from Tom Pratt
and headed out the door. Tom followed Eric's truck on his Harley. Marsh
and Jack greeted them at the door with coffee.
Marsh looked at Jack and shook his head. "You win." He handed Jack five
bucks. Eric furrowed his brow and asked what that was for.
